You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or made-to-order items

Clearance or final sale products

Items that have been used, stained, or damaged after delivery
💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your return is rejected (e.g. item used or damaged), we will notify you and return the item back to you.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.

📬 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
